1. From the UFIS Help Center homepage, select Need to Raise a Request? Contact Us.

   

2. Click on I Need to Request CV Early Entry.

   

3. Complete the form and attach a copy of the CV (preferably in Word format).

4. Click Send.

5. You will receive a confirmation email from jira@ufis.atlassian.net letting you know we received your request. You will receive another email once the request has been approved.
