This article will show you how to submit a request to access a faculty member or provider’s CV.

Instructions
From the UFIS Help Center:
Click on Need to raise a request? Contact us and then click on Security Access Request.
Enter your name in the Email confirmation to field. If you enter someone else’s email address, they will receive all confirmation emails and correspondence.
If you are requesting access for yourself, enter your information in the fields below. If you are requesting access for someone else, enter their information.
Select U-CV under Applications You Need Access To.
In the Description field, if you are requesting access to update faculty/provider information in the U-CV system, specify the department or division you need access to or the name and uNID of any faculty member(s) or provider(s) you need access to. For access requests to any other application, please provide details on how you will be using the application including the name of the department or division, if applicable.
If you have an email showing approval for access, please add it as an attachment.
Click Send.

If you are not the department administrator or manager, please have your department administrator email their authorization to support@ufis.atlassian.net and include the request number (e.g. UFIS-1234) you receive in the confirmation email in the subject line of their email. Access will not be granted until we receive authorization. |
