Faculty Activity Reports and Course Evaluations

In Spring 2021, course feedback data was moved to Blue – a new standardized student course feedback instrument. A campus-wide accessible report was not approved in time to allow student course feedback to be included on the Faculty Activity Reports for the 2021 reporting period.
Faculty and administrators can access full student feedback reports in Blue by logging in at https://scf.utah.edu. Information about reports can be viewed here.
Historical Reports & Access
The Center for Teaching & Learning Excellence (CTLE) has copies of historical PDF reports from Fall 2007 – Fall 2020. Request access to results in Blue or to historical PDF reports by emailing scf@ctle.utah.edu.
