It can take up to 72 hours for your online profile to reflect changes made in U-CV. If it has been longer than that, follow the steps below.

  1. Make sure it is a category that shows on the online profile.

    1. Find A Doc profile categories

    2. SOM (non-clinical faculty) profile categories

  2. Verify the “Display on U of U Profile Sites” flag is checked.

  3. If it has been longer than 72 hours since changes were made and you’ve verified the above, please submit a ticket to the Digital Experience team.
