Online profile not updating to show changes

 Problem

Information has been updated in UCV but the online profile is not reflecting the changes.

 Solution

It can take up to 72 hours for your online profile to reflect changes made in U-CV. If it has been longer than that, follow the steps below.

  1. Make sure it is a category that shows on the online profile.

    1. Find A Doc profile categories

    2. SOM (non-clinical faculty) profile categories

  2. Verify the “Display on U of U Profile Sites” flag is checked.

  3. If it has been longer than 72 hours since changes were made and you’ve verified the above, please submit a ticket to the Digital Experience team.
