 Problem

The Research Statement on the SOM profile shows cdata tags in the text.

 Solution

  1. Delete the existing Research Statement from U-CV.

  2. Re-enter the Research Statement. Use Ctrl+Shift+V (Cmd+Shift+V on Mac) to paste the text from another document. This will paste only the text you copied without the original formatting.

  3. If you want to add formatting, use the rich text tools within U-CV

 

It can take up to 24 hours for updates from U-CV to show on the SOM profile. If the issue persists after 24 hours please submit a request through the UFIS Help Center.
