Create a Help Center account

This article provides instructions on how to create a UFIS Help Center account.


  1. From the UFIS Help Center home page, click Log In.


  2. Enter your work email and click Next.


  3. Click Sign up with password.


  4. You will receive an email to finish the signup process.


  5. Click the Sign up link in the email.


  6. Enter your full name and create a password. Click Sign up to finish creating your account. You can now log in to submit or view requests.


You are not required to create an account to access or send requests from the UFIS Help Center.
