University of Utah Academic History category
The University of Utah Academic History is a heading on the SOM CV. This article explains where that data comes from and how to request changes.
Where do I find the Academic History?
After logging in to the U-CV system:
Select Reports from the center navigation menu.
Select the My Appointment Detail category.
This will generate a pdf report of current and past faculty appointments with reviews and dates as well as HCI and UUMG affiliations.
You can also view current and past faculty appointments under Reports and My CV. The department, dates, and ranks show under UNIVERSITY OF UTAH ACADEMIC HISTORY on the CV.
_Current faculty appointments also show on the Find A Doc and SOM profiles under the Academic Information section. Only the department (and division if applicable) and the designation of Primary or Adjunct shows on the profile.

How do I edit this information?
Faculty and staff cannot edit this information. Academic Affairs maintains the faculty appointments, reviews and actions for all HSC faculty. UFIS adds HCI and UUMG affiliations as well as midlevel appointments.
If the Academic History needs to be updated: First contact your department faculty coordinator to ensure the appropriate ePAF has been submitted. Then you can contact Academic Affairs or submit a UFIS Help Center ticket for the changes.
