View requests in the help center

Use the UFIS Help Center customer portal to see all requests you have created, read comments from UFIS as they are updated, and check the status of a request. You can add comments and attachments to requests on the customer portal as well.

Another way of tracking requests is through email notifications. You receive email notifications when UFIS responds to your requests and when the request has been resolved. To add comments to requests, you can simply reply to the email notifications and your reply will be added as a comment to the request. 

 Instructions

  1. When logged in, you'll see a button in the top right corner that says Requests. Click Created by me or All from the drop-down.

     

  2. Click on the reference number of a request to view more details.

     

  3. Click in the “Add a comment” field to add a comment or attachment to the request. Click Save to submit.
