Postal - Asked to select a list even after a list is selected

 Problem

You select a distribution list and a message pops up saying “Select one distribution list from the list shown.” instead of taking you to the “Compose Mail” screen.

 Solution

1. Double-click on the distribution list you want to use.

2. It can take up to 2 minutes for the “Compose Mail” screen to load depending on the size of the distribution list selected so please be patient and avoid clicking on the screen.
