 Problem

Getting a “CAS Authentication failed” error message when trying to log in to the U-CV system.

 Solution

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

    1. Chrome

    2. Firefox

    3. Safari Mac

    4. Edge

  2. Open a new tab and navigate to the U-CV system.
