Fields aren't Populating on Edit Screen

Problem

When selecting an entry to edit, the fields aren’t populating with information that was previously entered.

Solution

  1. Refresh the page by selecting the “Reload Page” icon in the top left corner of your browser.

  2. If the fields still haven’t populated, refresh the page again.

  3. If the fields still are not populating, select Return to Grid at the bottom of the edit screen and select the entry again you’d like to edit.
