E-Survey - Adding an Individual System User

 Instructions

  1. Open the distribution list and click on the Rules tab.

     

  2. Click on Rule next to Add New.

     

  3. Enter a name for the rule (this is the name you will see when managing the rule).
    Select Individual System User and click Create.

     

  4. Click on the Detail tab.

     

  5. Under Add User, select Faculty from the drop-down menu.

     

  6. Enter the first letter of the faculty member's last name. It may take a moment for the system to refresh and show the list of names. Once the list appears, use the search field or scroll to find the faculty member's name. Click on their name and then click Add.

     

  7. You should now see the faculty member's name under the individuals returned section. To preview the entire distribution list, click Edit Distribution List from the breadcrumbs.
