Updating degrees or credentials after name

This article will show faculty, providers, and support staff how to add or edit the degrees, credentials, and/or professional affiliations that show after a name.

Instructions

After logging in to the U-CV system

  1. Select Personal from the center navigation menu.

  2. Select the Degree Display Information category.

     

  3. Select Add a New Entry to add a new degree, credential, etc. To edit an existing entry, double-click on the entry or select the pencil icon.

     

  4. To change the order of how the degrees, etc., show after the name, select Sort Entries for U of U Profiles.

  5. Click the star icon next to an entry to move it to the highlighted items section. To change the order, drag and drop records to the desired position.

Undergraduate degrees should not be included
